For CPL programme bank loans are always secured i.e. always against co-lateral security.  Co-lateral security could be in the form of built-up houses in the urban, semi urban area, fixed deposits, NSCs, other financial instruments and gold ornaments.  Generally agricultural land and vacant residential plots in urban/rural areas are not considered.  However certain banks may accept them.  Much depends upon the relationship with the bank.

Return of loans (EMIs) generally begin after 18 months.  However, interest (PMIs) are payable every month after the disbursement.  Rate of interest is determined as per the RBI guideline and is generally in the range of 13%.

Without co-lateral security banks do consider sanctioning loans up to Rs.7.5 lakhs.  However, that depends upon the track record and financial standing of the guarantor/co-applicant.  Most of the banks have very clear guidelines/directives on sanction of loans and if the documents are in order getting loans are not difficult.  We provide all the documents and help in preparing the file.
